The Covid19 pandemic has been the most severe pandemic in over 100 years. Among its many ramifications have been how divorced couples and families manage the many questions surrounding handling children’s issues, particularly vaccinations and still masking. As more highly transmissive Covid variants emerge, questions that may seem to have been settled are returning. Whether one parent has the right to vaccinate their child(ren) without the other parents approval depends upon the type of conservatorship in the court order.
