We promised to update clients on how our firm is responding to the corona virus pandemic. As always, our primary goal is to ensure that clients and their and families are safe from being exposed to the virus, and that you can reach us during this difficult time.
We made the difficult decision to close the physical office and have each of us work from home beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. As we stated in our previous correspondence, we will be available via phone or Zoom during normal business hours; however, you can leave a message with our answering service 24/7, and we will call you back as soon as possible. The most effective way to reach us is via email both during and after normal business hours. We continue to check our emails frequently so that you receive a response in a timely manner.
As of today, May 28, 2021, we are evaluating when we can re-open our offices in a manner which we feel is most safe for our clients and employees. We are expecting the courts in Williamson and Travis counties to safely re-open in the very near future, depending upon the wishes of the judges.
Thank you for choosing our firm to assist you in your case and we look forward to working with you going forward during this time. Please feel free to contact your attorney or paralegal directly with any issues. You may also email me directly ([email protected]) with any questions or concerns.
