FAMILY LAW

UNCONTESTED CASES - FLAT FEES*

1. DivorceXpress^tm: UNCONTESTED CASES (Cases where the parties agree on all terms).  This includes paperwork prepared by a paralegal according to your agreement, and instructions to process your case yourself.  Does not include court fees or costs.
   1. Divorces
      1. No children and no property and no debt: $395
      2. With property and/or debt, but no children: $495
      3. With children, with or without property and/or debt: $695
   2. Modifications of child support/custody/visitation: $695
   3. Suits Affecting Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR), covers child custody, visitation, and support orders for non-marital relationships: $695
2. DivorceXpress Plus^tm: UNCONTESTED CASES.  This includes everything in and two hours with an attorney which can be used for consultation and/or appearance in court.

      2. With property and/or debt, but no children ($1995)
      3. With children, with or without property and/or debt ($2795)
   2. Modifications of child support/custody/visitation ($2795)

*Divorce XPress and Divorce XPress Plus are flat fees and are appropriate ONLY for couples who have a complete agreement on all issues in their divorce. Divorce Xpress prices do not include court fees, services fees, any representation, or any other expenses. Divorce XPress does include documents drafted by an experienced family law paralegal as well as instruction as to how to process your divorce. Divorce XPress Plus includes everything in Divorce Xpress, and also includes your court filing fee, and three hours of attorney time, which can be used for consultation and appearance with you at court to finalize your divorce.

* The initial consultation is $275.00/hour. The prices listed above are the minimum retainers for typical cases. The attorney determines the amount of the retainer after consulting with the potential client to determine the complexity of the case. Prices are estimates only and subject to change depending upon individual case complexity.

BANKRUPTCY

• Our fees for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is $1500, which excludes the filing fee of $306, for which the client is responsible. See our Bankruptcy section for definitions.

PROBATE, WILLS & ESTATE PLANNING

We recommend our Peace of Mind^TM Package. This package, which includes all the necessary documents every individual should have, is available for $495. If two partners do theirs at the same time, the second package is discounted 50%, or $745 for a couple. The package includes:

• A Simple Will
• A "Living Will" (a.k.a. Directive to Physicians, Advanced Directive, Health Care Directive)
• Medical Power of Attorney
• Durable Power of Attorney
• HIPAA Release Form
• Organ Donation Directive
